摘　　要：贫困文化是西部农村长期贫困的主要根源。西部农村要实现"生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的社会主义新农村建设目标,必须首先打破西部农村贫困文化的恶性循环。而实现西部教育优先发展、超常规发展,则是打破西部农村贫困文化恶性循环的重要路径选择。Poverty culture is the main springhead that western countryside being in long-term penury. To reach the target of socialistic new countryside construction in the western countryside, that ＂ the producing is developed,lives are rich,custom is civilized,village＇ s feature is neat and the management is democratic ＂, it must firstly break the vicious circle of the poverty culture in the western countryside. Therefore, preferentially and specially develop the education in the western countryside is a momentous avenue option for breaching the vicious circle of poverty culture in the western countryside.
