摘  要:目的观察川芎嗪对神经细胞缺血再灌注后核因子κB(NF-κB)表达的影响及其意义。方法制备大鼠原代神经细胞,而后随机分为3组:未缺血组、缺血再灌注组(经类缺血处理后再复氧30min)和治疗组(类缺血处理后加入川芎嗪预治疗10min)。用流式细胞仪检测NF-κB的表达并进行比较。结果缺血再灌注组和川芎嗪治疗组NF-κB的表达分别为(58.07±11.83)%和(30.29±7.58)%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。但均高于未缺血组(1.4±0.6)%,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论川芎嗪对原代神经细胞缺血再灌注后NF-κB具有显著的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect and significance of Lightusrazine on the expression of NF-κB in primary cultured neural cells after ischemia-reprfusion injury.Methods The primary neural cells of rats were cultured, then which were divided into three groups, non-ischemia group,ischemia-reperfusion group(giving oxygen for 30 min after ischemic treatment) and treatment group(giving lightusrazine for 10 min after ischemic treatment). The expression of NF-κB was detected by flow cytometry.Results The expressions of NF-κB in ischemia-reperfusion group and treatment group were (58.07 ± 11.83) % and ( 30.29 ±7.58) % respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.01).The expression of NF-κB in both groups was significantly higher than that ( 1.4 ±0.6% ) in non-ischemia group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Canclusion Lightusrazine has obviousinhibilion effect on the expression of NF-κB in primary cultured neural cells after ischemia-repeffusion injury in mrs.
