摘 要:通过盆栽小麦起身期断根试验,研究了断初生根和部分次生根对小麦后期光合和生长的影响。结果表明:断初生根和部分次生根,均降低了断根初期小麦光合速率,而促进后期光合速率;同时,断根降低了成熟期小麦根系干质量、地上部干质量以及产量;断初生根比断部分次生根对小麦的影响更明显。The effects of root-cutting in double ridge stage on the photosynthetic rate and later growth of winter wheat (Shi 8 and Heng 7228)growed in the pot were investigated. The results showed that: Both primary root-cutting and partial adventitious root-cutting decreased the photosynthetic rate after treated for 2 d, but increased it after treated for 20 d;At the same time, dry weight of root, biomass above the ground, and yield of maturity were all reduced;the effects of primary root-cutting on the winter wheat was greater than that of adventitious root-cutting.
