摘　　要：分析了莱钢1#、2#105m2烧结机系统热振筛工艺存在的问题、取消热振筛后可能出现的问题,重点介绍了为满足取消热振筛后的工艺要求所进行的工艺、设备优化改造措施,总结了实施该技术所取得的经济效益。The existing problems in hot - vibration sifter process of No. 1 and No. 2 sintefing machine of Lai Steel are analyzed as well as the problems brought about with the elimination of the process, it is emphasized to introduce the optimized reformation measures in technology and equipment adopted along with the elimination, the economic profit got concluded.
