国家助学贷款的重要补充——甘肃省生源地国家助学贷款制度浅析

摘　　要：甘肃省生源地国家助学贷款是校园地国家助学贷款的重要补充,是后者运行欠佳背景下探索的国家助学贷款的新形式;生源地国家助学贷款在贷款条件、利息、额度、用途、贴息、风险补偿和还贷时间等方面与校园地国家助学贷款相同,同时具有自己的优点和特点;生源地国家助学贷款制度包括贷款对象、贷款发放办法与贷款条件,贷款的用途、额度、期限、利率,贷款的担保等基本内容。The national students＂ loan based on the source of students, as an important supplement to the national students＂ loan based on university or college in Gansu Province, is a new form of loans to students. On the one hand, they are the same in conditions for loans： interest rate, specified amount, uses, interest discount, risk compensation, and repaying time; on the other hand, they have their own merits and characteristics. The national system of students＂ loan based on the source of students includes some basic contents such as loan targets, means of providing loans and terms of loan, uses, basic credit lines, deadline, interest rates, guarantees of loan and so on.
