Primary Analisys of Data Obtained with PHA I in Irkutsk on International Cooperation between CSAO and VS NIIFTRI

摘  要:初步分析了PHAI在伊尔库茨克近14个月中观测的832组星的精度。PHAI创造了它历史上最多的观测星组数和最高的观测精度,1996年在俄罗斯地球自转参数服务系统中获取15%的权重,约为该系统平均仪器权重的3倍多。The data containing 832 groups of stars observed in 242 clear nights during nearly 14months (from Nov. 3, 1995 to Dec. 24, 1996) in VS NIIFTRl astronomical observingbase has been analysed primarily. The results have shown that PHA I has set up a newrecord in its history: the largest number of groups observed in 14 months (832 groups),and the highest precision (averaging RMS over 832 groups is 0. 230', equivalent to RMSof 0. 192' at Z= 30°). Considering the averaging temperature being - 8. 5℃ during observing those 832 groups, this precision is very high. Also the accuracy for those 832groups is very good, so PHA I has got about 15 percent of the weights in Russian EOPservice system in 1996. The instrument itself is very stable, so the zenith distance of thealmucantar in particular benefits the determination of star declinations quite a lot. The primary catalogue of the PHA I will be published soon after the first program ends. Therewill be no the blind zone in the declination determination in the catalogue while it exists inalm0st a1l astro]abe catalogues.
