论高校后勤人力资本投资与收益的不对称性

摘  要:当前我国高校后勤人力资本投资与收益不对称性的主要原因是:目前的管理体制约束了人力资本投资的不足,劳动收益的不对称造成人力资本的进一步流失,从而影响了经济的发展。高校可采取加大人力资本投资、加强人事制度改革、建立健全激励机制、增强企业文化建设等一系列措施来克服这一矛盾。In the paper, the reason of between the human capital investment and the asymmetric income of logistic group in university were discussed, which is that the managed system restricted the shortage of the human capital investment, and the asyrnrnetric income of logistic group caused job-hopping of labour force. The means of contradiction to be overcome between the human capital investment and the asymmetric income of logistic group in university were proposed, which is that enterprise increase the human capital investment, push the reform of the system of personnel, and intensify construction of cultural enterprise.
