摘　　要：借鉴西方社会分层理论的有关研究成果,从经济体制改革对当代中国社会分层机制的影响这一角度,通过分析当代中国社会在经济体制转型过程中社会分层机制的变化,探讨我国社会阶层结构现代化进程中体制性因素的作用及影响,说明经济体制的变化与社会阶层结构的变动之间具有的密切关系,并认为体制性因素是影响社会阶层结构变化最深层的动因。In the light of the related achievements of western social stratification theories, from the perspective of the influence of economic system reform upon China＇ s contemporary social stratification mechanism, and through an analysis of the mechanism changes in the course of China＇ s economic system transformation, a discussion is focused on the role and effect of the systematic factors in the modernization of zocial stractum structure, to illustrate the dose relation between the economic system changes and the social stractum changes and to suggest that systematic factors are the underlying factor affecting the social stractum changes.
