摘　　要："政府责任"是个动态的、综合的体系,自行政学成为一门独立的学科存在以来,就一直把政府责任视为重要领域进行研究、探讨。文章试图通过文献检索的方式对政府责任研究领域进行分析,以反思政府责任研究的现状,为学界同仁对该领域的研究、思考提供借鉴。＂Government responsibility＂ , a dynamic and synthetical system, has been studied and discussed as an important area since Administrative Science established itself as an independent science. This paper analyses ＂Government responsibility＂ by means of literature search and reflects upon the curent research situation of government responsilbility with a view to provide references for further discussion.
