摘　　要：编辑工作是一项神圣而庄严的工作，它承载了记录、积累人类文明发展成果的重要使命，不能有丝毫的懈怠与闪失，编辑对于稿件的鉴赏与甄别也就特别重要。编辑甄别稿件的质量，须从学术查新、政法把关、辞章鉴赏三个方面进行。Editors are entrusted with the mission of recording and accumulating the development of human cultures. As the work demands no negligence and mistakes, it is very essential for editors to screen the papers. For screening the quality of academic papers there should be a standard which consists of： 1. academic value of the paper; 2. law -related checking; 3. context appreciation.
