摘　　要：目的:了解广州市未婚女性流动人口性健康状况。方法:采用随机整群抽取1854名未婚女性流动人口作为调查对象,应用统一的"外来务工未婚女性生殖健康需求与服务调查问卷"进行现场问卷调查。结果:调查对象自我报告的性行为发生率为12.4%,其平均年龄为(24.2±4.5)岁。其中人工流产率为29.9%。发生过性行为者其自我报告的生殖道感染症状、阴道炎,盆腔炎的比例高于未发生者,分别为46.8%、37.0%和9.2%。结论:全社会及有关部门应重视未婚女性流动人口的性健康状况,为其提供生殖健康服务和健康教育,以降婚前性行为及其影响。Objective： To understand the sexual health status among unmarried migratory young women in Guangzhou city. Methods： By random and cluster sampling method, 1 845 unmarried non - resident women were involved to answer a self - made questionnaire about reproductive health demands and services of unmarried non- resident women on spot. Results： 12. 6% respondents had sex exper/enee. The mean age of them was （ 24. 2 ± 4. 5 ） years. 29. 9% of them had at least one time of induced abortion. The rates of RTI symptom, and which were significantly higher than those without sex experience. Conclusion： The whole society and related government department should pay much more attention to the status of reproductive health of unman＇led non - resident women, especially the sexual health. Better reproductive health services and health education should be provided, so as to reduce the bad outcome of insecure sex behavior.
