高校教职工健康状况调查与对策研究——以石家庄学院为例

摘　　要：比较石家庄学院教职工体检指标(高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脂肪肝、心电图),从而了解高校教职工健康状况及其影响因素,得出不同性别、年龄、职业的教职工体检指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)的结论,提出应加强高校教职工健康教育,防治内科系统常见病及慢性病以提高健康水平的建议.The survey of physical examination of the teaching and administrative staff in Shijiazhuang University reflects their health conditions and the influential factors. Their physical examination indices （high blood pressure, high blood fats, high blood sugar, fatty liver, and electrocardiogram） show that the faculty differ in different sex, age and vocation. P〈 0.05 is significant in statistics. Therefore, the health education of the faculty should be strengthened in order to prevent and cure common and chronic diseases in the internal system and improve their health level.
