摘 要:目的探讨不同类型乳腺增生症的声像图特征与病理类型的关系。方法采用高频彩色多普勒超声对126例拟诊乳腺增生症患者的声像图进行分析并与病理结果对照分析。结果49例乳腺病超声声像图见条状强回声宽度明显大于弱回声,强弱回声比值为3.72±1.43;29例硬化性腺病强弱回声相当,二者比值等于0.96±0.06,约等于1;48例纤维硬化病强回声明显少于弱回声,二者比值0.12±0.03,约等于0.1。将上述三种病理类型的乳腺增生症强弱回声比值进行比较,P<0.01。结论各种病理组织学类型的乳腺增生症均具有特征性的声像图表现,可为临床提供有价值的诊断依据。Objective To study the relationship between sonographic features and pathological types of different breast hyperplasia. Methods One hundred and twenty six patients with breast hyperplasia underwent high freguency color Doppler ultrasonogaphy in this study. The ultrasonic findings were compared with the pathological findings. Results The breadth of streak strong echo of 49 adenopathy patients was evidently wider than that of weak echo. Ratio of strong and weak echo was 3.72 ± 1.43. The strong and weak echo of 29 sclerosing adenosis were almost the same, the odd was 0.96 ± 0.06, roughly equals to 1. The strong echo was less than the weak echo in 48 fibr sclerosis cases, the ratio was 0.12 ± 0.03, equivalent to about 0.1. There was significant difference among the 3 types of breast hyperplasia P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Different pathological types of breast hyperplasia has specific sonographic features, which can provides valuable method for clinical diagnosis.
