摘　　要：为提高学生的实验技能，培养创新能力，针对目前有机化学实验的现状和存在的问题，在教学手段、教学模式、教学内容、考核方法等方面进行了改革探索，并取得了初步效果。To improve the student＇s skills and innovation capability, in view of the current situation and existing problems in organic chemistry experiment, the teaching modes and other areas have been explored and initial results are achieved.
