摘 要:目的:建立测定咽侯合剂中黄苓苷含量的方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent(4.6mm×150mmm,5um);流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2),检测波长为280nm.结果:精密度及稳定性均良好;在12.54~100.32μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,平均回收率为99.42%,RSD为1.71%.黄芩苷与其它杂质峰的分离度均符合要求.结论:该方法简便,重现性好,可用于测定咽喉合剂中黄芩苷的含量.Objetive:To develop a method for the detemaination of Baicalin in Yianhouheji.Methods:An HPLC methed was used with column Agilent (4.6mm × 150mmm, 5um) ;The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol- water- (47:53:0.2)with the edtection wavelength at 280nm, Results :The precision and stability were fine.The linear correlations of Baicalin were observed over the concetrations 12.54 to 100,32ug · ml^-1(r = 0. 9998)respecfivdy.The average recoveries of Baicalin were 99.42% respectively.RSD were 1,71% .The resolution between the respective peaks of Baicalin and the other peaks conformed to the requirements.Conclusion:The method was convenient and reproducible for the assay of Baicalin ha Yianhouheji.
