摘 要:目的:建立不同产地黄柏中有效成分小檗碱和巴马汀的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定了十六个产地黄柏中小檗碱和巴马汀的含量.色谱柱:Diamonsil^(TM)C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm):检测波长:345nm;温度:20℃;流动相:水-乙腈-冰醋酸-三乙胺(67:33:0.3:0.8.v/v);流速:1mL·min^(-1).结果:建立了同时测定黄柏中小檗碱和巴马汀的高效液相色谱法,产自广西桂林的黄柏中小檗碱含量最高,产自那坡的黄柏中巴马汀含量最高.结论:本法简便、快速、准确,适用于黄柏中小檗碱和巴马汀的含量测定.Objective:To establish a method for the determination of berberine and palmatine in Cortex PheUodendri from different habitats. Methods:A HPLC method was performed on a Diamonsil^TM C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm)column. The mobile phase consisted of H2 O- CH3ON- CH3OOOH- C6H15N ( 67: 33: 0.3: 0.8, v/v) with the detection wavelengh at 345 nm. The column temperature was at 20℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 Results :A HPLC method has been developed for the determination of berberine and palmatine in Cortex PheUodendri from different habitats. The contents of berberine in Cortex Phellodendri from Guilin and palmatine in Cortex Phellodendri from Napo were highest. Conclusion:This method is simple, reliable, repeatable, and is suitable for the determination of berberine and palmatine in Cortex Phellodendri.
