南海红树内生真菌#HA-094化学成分的研究

摘　　要：对中国南海红树水黄皮根内真菌#HA-094的化学成分进行了研究,利用各种色谱方法从中分离得到了5个化合物,利用现代波谱分析方法,对这5个化合物进行结构解析.分别确定为3-Ethylindole(Ⅰ),3- Indolylcarbinol(Ⅱ),1H-Indole-3-aldehyde(Ⅲ),3-Carboxyindole(Ⅳ),Indolyl-3-acetic acid methyl ester(Ⅴ),化合物Ⅰ,Ⅴ系首次从该菌属中分离得到.Five know compounds were isolated from the endophytic Fungus No. HA - 094 in the Mangrove Tree from the South China Seacoast. Their structures were identified by the 1H - NMR, 13C - NMR, HMQC, HMBC spectroscopic methods and by comparison with the date of authentic compounds.
