摘　　要：高速洗浆机自从问世以来,以其先进的制造技术和高效的洗涤效率得到了造纸企业的高度青睐,因而获得了极其广泛的应用。然而由于筛网损坏频繁,使用寿命短,价格又比较昂贵,给企业带来了极大的负担,严重影响了高速洗浆机的使用性能。本文阐述了动压滑动轴承在高速洗浆机中的应用情况,为解决筛网的使用寿命这一技术难题提出了一种新的途径。Since the high speed washer was developed and high effective wash by its advanced manufacture technology has obtained the papermaking enterprise＇s high favour in widespread application. However because wire of the washer damage frequently, service life short, the price is quite expensive, has brought the enormous trouble to the enterprise, seriously affected the high speed washer operational performance. This article introduced the hydrodynamic sliding bearing applied in high speed, proposed one new way for the solution of wire service life.
