摘　　要：根据薄壳理论分析了强制脱模时塑件的变形,推导了薄壁长圆筒类塑件强制脱模所允许的内、外侧凸起或凹槽尺寸计算公式,为塑件采用强制脱模机构提供了定量的计算依据。The deformation of plastic parts in forced demolding was analyzed according to the thin shell theory. A formula for calculating permitted inside and outside bulge or slot dimensions in long thin-walled plastic cylinder parts that need forced demolding was deduced, which provides a quantitative calculation reference for judging whether a forced demolding mechanism can be adopted for certain plastic parts.
