摘  要:小电流接地系统的单相接地(含弧光接地和稳定接地)及其引发的过电压和TV谐振故障是中压配电网的常见故障。对消弧、消谐和接地检测技术在配电网中的应用进行了分析,介绍了消弧、消谐、接地三种检测技术的特点,比较了各种技术装置的优缺点、适应条件和应用效果,论述了河南油田在配电网技术改造中应用消弧、消谐和接地检测技术的相应措施。The small-current single-phase grounding ( including arc grounding and stabilized grounding)and its induced overvoltage hazard and TV resonance hazard are the common troubles in the medium voltage electric distribution network. The essentialities of arc suppression,ferromagnetic resonance elimination and grounding route detection techniques applied in the medium voltage distribution network were briefly introduced. The characteristics of these techniques,their merits and demerits as well as their application conditions and effectiveness were analyzed. The responding measures to the application of these three techniques in Henan Oilfield were put forward.
