优化中国在非洲的软实力

摘　　要：中非友好关系的持续发展及其世界影响已经成为检验新时期中国软实力发展程度的重要标尺。中国对非政策的实质与风格是构建在非洲软实力的重要基础,文化影响力是彰显对非洲软实力的重要形式,发展模式的示范作用是当前扩大在非洲软实力的关键因素,中非多边合作机制则是提升在非洲软实力的有效途径。本文还对如何提升和优化中国在非洲的软实力提出了自己的建议。The continuous development of Sino-African friendly relations and its global impact has become an important yardstick that measures the extent of China's soft power development in the new era.The essence and style of China's African policy provide an important base to construct China's soft power in Africa,while cultural influence remains the form through which to express China's soft power in Africa,China's development model is the key factor that currently helps to expand China's soft power in Africa,and the multilateral cooperation mechanism between China and Africa offers effective means to advance China's soft power in Africa.The author of this article has also offered his suggestions to further advance and optimize China's soft power in Africa.
