摘　　要：根据科研信息管理工作的需要,通过借鉴成功经验,结合江苏省卫生科研管理体制,规划设计了一套较为完善的卫生科研管理信息系统。系统采用J2EE平台技术、0racle数据库系统和B/S三层架构,具有可移植性、可扩展性、规范性、易用性、可靠性,能全面支持网络应用、数据集中管理,维护难度降低等特点和优势。The medical and health research management information system is a product based on the analysis of the medical and health research management information system of Jiangsu Province. The system is built up by adopting J2EE platform technology, Oracle database system and B/S three storeys, being characteristic of portability, expansibility, regulatory, easy-to- use, reliability. The system has a advantage of supporting network application in an all-round way, data centralized management with less difficulties in management, etc.
