多西他赛联合奥沙利铂、5-Fu治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察多西他赛联合奥沙利铂、5-Fu治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及耐受性。方法TDF方案：Doeetaxel 75mg／m^2静脉滴注，第1天，化疗前预处理；奥沙利铂20mg，静脉滴注，第1—5天；5-Fu2．5g／m^2持续静脉灌注120小时，21天为1周期。结果全组CR1例、PR12例、SD9例、PD1例，总有效率56．5％。初治组有效率70％，复治组有效率46％，中位生存期为13月，不良反应主要有消化道反应和白细胞下降。结论TDF方案疗效肯定，不良反应能耐受。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect, toxicity, and survival of doeetaxel combined eisplatin and 5 - Fu in advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods Doeetaxel 75mg/m^2 iv drip dl ; DDP 25rag iv drip dl - 5 ; 5 - Fu 2.5g/m^2 ies 120h, every 3 weeks. Results The response rates of the first treatment group and the recurrent treatment group were 70% and 46% ,respectively. The response rate of the total group was 56.5%. The median survival time （MST） was 13 months. Conclusion TDF regimen can be safety preformed for the patients with late stage gastric cancer with a remarkable response rate.
