海南五指山热带山地雨林乔木种群分布格局研究

摘　　要：应用样地个体数为基础的方差／均值比率，Ｍｏｒｉｓｉｔａ分散指标，以及以个体距离为基础的最近邻体法，复合个体－距离分析法（Ｃｏｎｂｉｎｅｄｃｏｕｎｔ－ｄｉｓｔａｎｃｅａｎａｌｙ－ｓｉｓ）对海南岛五指山山地雨林１０个主要种群的分布格局进行了研究．结果表明１０个种群中４个为随机分布，其余６个用４种不同的方法有不同的结果．After potato′s leaf infect A.solani plant host α glycosidase sensitivity is observed.It is remarkable interrelated between resistance of 9 varieties potato and degree of infection,the more infection,the more sensitivity α glycosidase activity.The level of leaf α glycosidase activity as a method tests resistance. A.solani which is cultured on tomato cailns raised obviously aygressivity and sensitivity.But they are lower on the potato callus mechium.A.solani which is cultured on tomato callus could recover intrinsic aggressivity level of isolate.
