摘  要:目的 探讨电子束CT诊断主动脉弓离断及缩窄的应用优势。方法 回顾性分析7例经临床确诊的主动脉弓离断或缩窄的相关诊断资料,讨论电子束CT诊断特点及优势。结果 EBCT图像可以清晰直观反映出病变类型、程度及并发的其它畸形,7例中主动脉弓离断4例(均为A型),主动脉缩窄3例(位于主动脉峡部),对于离断或狭窄的诊断,EBCT的准确率为100%,超声有2例漏诊(1例离断,1例缩窄),1例不能肯定诊断。7例中合并室间隔缺损6例,房间隔缺损1例,动脉导管未闭5例,三房心1例。结论 电子束CT诊断主动脉弓离断或缩窄直观、真实、准确,且全面快捷无创,可作为此类疾病的首选检查方法,一定程度上能够取代传统血管造影。Objective To investigate the advantage of electron beam computed tomography (EBCT) in diagnosing the interruption and stegnosis of aortic arc. Methods 7 cases of aortic arc interruption and stegnosis were analyzed retrospectively. The advantage of EBCT was concluded from them. Results EBCT clearly revealed the disease change type, degree and abnormities. 4 interruption (Type A) and 3 stegnosis (located in the isthmus of aortic arc) were identified in the 7 cases. The accurate rate was 100%. While 2 cases were missed diagnosed ( 1 interruption and 1 stegnosis) and one couldn't be sure for the final diagnosis by ultrasonic examination. Besides, the complications including 6 in- terventricular septal defects (IVSD), 1 interatrial septal defect (IASD), 5 patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) and 1 cor triatriatum were found by EBCT. Conclusion EBCT is direct, accurate and atraumatic for the diagnosis of interruption and stegnosis of aortic arc. It can replace the traditional angiography in certain degree and used as the first choice of examination.
