摘　　要：消除有毒有害物质工作的推进,受到技术和经济发展水平的制约。需要包括立法、行政管理、技术研发的推动,以及生产者积极配合甚至消费者消费意识的跟进。作为企业,要认识到这是一个系统、长期的工作,不能一蹴而就。要建立绿色生产和循环经济的战略意识,真正担负起企业公民的社会责任,树立起良好企业形象。In early March, China’s Measures for the Administration of the Control of Pollution by Electronic Information Products (often referred to as 'China RoHS') were released. Just like the EU RoHS ,both regulations are intended to enhance environmental protection by fostering the reduction or elimination of certain toxic and hazardous substances in electronic products. This work is restricted by technology and economic development levels. It needs several parts to push forward, including legislature, administration, technology, etc, furthermore, manufacturers, and even consumers should actively take part in it. This article invites law-enacted department, association, and some industries and enterprises which have implemented RoHS to express their opinions on China’s RoHS, roles of association, green process, experiences, and even doubts.
