摘　　要：本文报道毛毕属吸虫(Trichobilharzia)可在耳萝卜螺、家鸭或野鸭体内完成其生活史,人群接触疫水可引起毛毕属吸虫尾蚴性皮炎。淮南地区存在毛毕属吸虫自然疫源地。The life cycle of Trichobilharzia sp. can be completed in Radix auricularia and domestic or wild ducks, and people can contract cercarial dermatitis through water contact. Natural nidus of Trichobilharzia exists in Huainan area.
