摘　　要：目的探求一种新的大面积颅骨缺损的修复方法。方法应用计算机辅助设计与制造和快速成形技术,进行个性化钛修复体的制备。应用个性化钛修复体对13例大面积颅骨缺损进行修复。结果所有病例术后手术效果好,外观满意,无血肿感染、修复体外露;病人术前颅骨缺损综合征得到部分改善。结论应用个性化钛修复体对大面积颅骨缺损进行修复,手术效果好,并发症少,是一种值得推广的手术方法。Objective To explore a new method of cranioplasty to repair large-format bone defect. Methods CAD/CAM and rapid shaping technique were applied to make individual prefabricated titanium implant. Cranioplasty was undergone in 13 cases with individual prefabricated titanium implant, Results All the patients suffering from large-format bone defect were satisfied with good results. No hematoma, infection or implant revealing occurred. Conclusion Cranioplasty of large-format skull bone defect using individual prefabricated titanium implant has a good result and few complications, It is an ideal method for treatment of large-format skull bone defect.
