抑郁复合皮肤创伤对大鼠创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的观察抑郁复合皮肤创伤对大鼠创面愈合的影响。方法SD大鼠144只,随机分为单纯皮肤创伤组、皮肤创伤复合抑郁组、抑郁复合皮肤创伤组。采用慢性、轻度、不可预见性应激建立大鼠抑郁模型,于建模后次日在大鼠背部制备直径2.2 cm皮肤全层缺损机械创伤(创伤复合抑郁组致伤后次日开始刺激),观察伤后1、3、5、7、10、14、18、21天的创面愈合情况。结果伤后前3天各组动物创面残留面积无显著性差异(P>0.05);但自伤后5天起,抑郁复合创伤组的创面愈合速度显著低于其余2组(P<0.05),第7、10天时此差异进一步增大(P<0.01);伤后14天创伤复合抑郁组与抑郁复合创伤组的创面残留面积趋于一致(P>0.05)并持续至第21天;创伤复合抑郁组平均创面愈合时间为(23.00±2.28)天,抑郁复合创伤组为(22.17±1.72)天,与单纯创伤组(17.50±1.38)天相比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论抑郁可显著影响创伤愈合,是造成创面愈合困难的一个不容忽视的因素。Objective To observe the influence of depression on skin wound healing in rats. Methods One hundred and forty-four Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups as follows, the simple wound group, the wound plus depression group, the depression plus wound group. Stimulation which was chronic gentle and unpredictable, was established to build depression model of rats. In the next day after modeling establishment, a fullthickness dermal wound l diam = 2.2cm） on the back of rats was made, then observed the wound healing conditions 1,3,5,7,10,14,18,21 days after injury. Results There was no significant difference with residual wound areas in the first 3d after injury （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. From 5d, the healing speed of depression plus wound group was notably lower than that in the other two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In 7d and 10d,the differences were further onwards （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. But the residual Wound areas between wound plus depression group and depression plus wound group were gradually in one accord from 14d to 21d （P 〉0. 05）. The average healing time of wound plus depression group was （23.00± 2.28 ） d, and that of depression plus wound group was（22.17 ± 1.72 ） d which was highly significant compared with simple wound group （ 17.50 ± 1.38 ） d, （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Depression could have some notable influences on wound healing and would be an un-disregardful factor in wound healing difficulties.
