摘　　要：目的探讨应用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣修复手部及腕部皮肤深度烧伤的临床疗效。方法应用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣修复手部及腕部深度烧伤所致皮肤软组织缺损11例,皮瓣面积为3 cm×5 cm～5 cm×10 cm。结果皮瓣全部成活,功能及外形恢复良好。结论该术式手术简便,不牺牲主要血管,是修复手腕部皮肤软组织缺损的较好方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the employment of the skin flaps supplied by upper wrist epithelial branch of the ulnar artery on the repairing of deep burn wound in the wrist. Methods Eleven burn patients with deep wounds in the wrist with the defect of soft tissue were performed with the grafting of the skin flaps supplied by reversed upper wrist epithelial branch of the ulnar artery. The average area of the skin flap was 3 cm × 5 era-5 cm × 10 cm. Results All of the skin flaps survived well with perfect function and good-looking appearance. Conclusions This skin flap is simple and effective with ideal results for the repairing of the soft tissue defect in the dorsal hand and wrist.
