摘　　要：目的烧伤后期由于存在各种致敏的因素,寻求并发过敏性紫癜的原因及防治方法。方法通过近4年来20例烧伤后期出现过敏性紫癜的病例分析。结果寻得烧伤与过敏性紫癜的关系,总结了烧伤后并发过敏性紫癜的病因、预后及防治。结论烧伤可引起过敏性紫癜,但是可以预防和治疗。Objective To explore the reason for anaphylactic purpura in later period of burn and to seek prevention and cure method. Methods Twenty bum cases with anaphylactic purpura were analyzed to explore internal relation between bum and the complication. Results The reason, prognosis, prevention and cure method of postbum with anaphylactic purpura were summarized. Conclusions Bum is likely to induce anaphylactic purpura, but the complication can be prevented and treated.
