摘 要:目的观察表皮细胞生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)对吸入性损伤呼吸道创面愈合的影响,探讨表皮细胞生长因子对吸入性损伤创面修复的促进作用。方法70例中重度吸入性损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,于伤后2 d开始用药,疗程20 d。并于伤后不同时间点进行支气管肺泡灌洗,观察不同时间点患者支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中蛋白含量(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、胶体渗透压(COP)的变化以及细胞的分类计数。结果与对照组相比,治疗组BALF中TP、Alb、COP随治疗逐渐降低(P<0.05)。细胞总数、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞随治疗逐渐减少,纤毛细胞逐渐增多(P<0.05)。结论表皮细胞生长因子与创面愈合有密切关系,可促进上皮化肉芽组织的形成,对吸入性损伤呼吸道黏膜的修复有明显促进作用。Objective To observe the effect of (epidermal growth factor, EGF) on wound healing in treating inhalation injury. Methods seventy cases of moderate and severe patients of inhalation injury were randomly divided into two groups. Two days after injured both groups were treated in a period of twenty days. Every day they were treated by bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and ultrasonic aerosol inhalation. The total classified cells and the changes of TP, Alb and COP in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid at different time were observed. Results In comparison with the control group, the TP, Alb and COP in the bronchoalv eolar lavage fluid were decreased after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), the total cells, the neutrophils and the lymphocytes were also decreased, while the fibroblasts were increased (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions There is a close relation between EGF and wound healing. EGF can help produce granulation tissue and epithelial (TE) cells and obviously promote repair of inhalation injury in human airway mucosa.
