埋置软组织扩张器修复颅骨骨外露的体会

摘　　要：目的观察应用皮肤软组织扩张器,修复头部颅骨外露及感染性软组织缺损的效果。方法应用头皮软组织扩张器,以扩张的皮肤来修复颅骨外露部位的软组织缺损。结果本组感染性颅骨外露伤口周围埋置软组织扩张器2例,均修复颅骨骨外露部位软组织缺损。结论感染性颅骨外露伤口得到彻底控制后,在伤口周围正常头皮下埋置软组织扩张器,就能达到修复软组织缺损的目的。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of observational usage of skin soft tissue expander to repair sculp defect and infectious defect of soft tissue. Method Using the scalp soft tissue expander, to repair salt tissue defect of the peripheral normal skin by expanding the skin. Results We buried soft tissue expander on the periphery of the infectious sculp defect wound, and successfulyy repaired soft tissue defect in the area of sculp defect in two cases. Conclusion Burying soft tissue expander under the peripheral normal skin can completely repair the soft tissue defects after control of infections around sculp defect.
