不孕妇女抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体以及抗心磷脂抗体的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抗精子抗体(AsAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)以及抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)在不孕、流产中的作用以及三者之间的关系,进一步了解不孕、流产的原因。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测137例不孕、流产妇女血清中抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体和抗心磷脂抗体。按三者的检验结果,分别分为阳性组和阴性组,并对三种抗体进行Spearman相关性分析。结果AsAb与EMAb相关性分析(r=0.277,P<0.01),ACA与EMAb和AsAb的相关性分别为(r=0.073,P>0.05;r=0.155,P>0.05)。结论不孕、流产妇女体内,AsAb阳性与EMAb阳性具有中度的相关关系。AsAb与AcAb相伴发生的几率也高于单一抗体的发生率。Objective To explore the functions of anti-sperm antibody（AsAb）, anti-endometrial antibody（EMAb） and anti-cardiolipin antibody（ACA） and their relationship in infertility and abortion women, and to furtherly find out the causes of infertility and abortion. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to determine the levels of serum AsAb, EMAb and ACA in 137 women with infertility and abortion. The correlations between three factors were analyzed with Spearman correlation analysis. Results AsAb was related to EMAb（r=0.277,P〈0.01）. ACA was not correlated to EMAb and AsAb（r=0.073,P 〉0.05; r=0. 155,P〉0.05,respectively）. Conclusion Among infertility and abortion women, AsAb and EMAb has median correlation. The accompanying risk of AsAb and AeAb is higher than the incidence of single antibody.
