摘　　要：目的探讨吸入物变应原过筛试验(Phadiatop)在变应性疾病诊断及吸入性变应原检测中的实用意义。方法采用UniCAP100全自动体外变应原检测系统(ImmunoCAP○R检测/Pharmacia Diagnostics),以荧光酶联免疫法对211例变应性疾病患者进行血清Phadiatop及9种特异性IgE(sIgE):户尘螨(d1)、粉尘螨(d2)、屋尘(h1)、蒿(w6)、草(w22)、多价霉菌(mx2)、多价草类花粉(wx7)、多价树木花粉(tx4)、多价螨(hx2)的检测。结果Phadiatop阳性和sIgE检测阳性92例,阳性检出率为43.60%;Phadiatop阴性和sIgE检测亦为阴性115例,阴性检出率54.50%;阳性及阴性Phadiatop与sIgE检测的相符率为98.10%。结论Phadiatop过筛试验是一种精确、经济、快捷的变应性疾病吸入变应原初步筛查的行之有效工具。Objective To explore the roles of Phadiatop in diagnosis of allergic diseases and inhalant allergen tests. Methods Phadiatop test on inhalant allergens and sIgE test（ d1, d2, h1, w6, w22, mx2, wx7, tx4, hx2） were used to detect sera of 211 patients with allergic diseases by Pharrnacia UNCap system（ ImmunoCAP） with fluoro enzyme-linked immune assay. Results Phadiatop test and sIgE tests were positive in 92 patients（43.60 % ）, and both were negative in 115 patients（54.50 % ）. The match ratio of Phadiatop test and slgE test was 98.10 %. Conclusion The Phadiatop test was effective for preliminary screening on inhalant allergens.
