摘　　要：朱绪曾是清代南京著名藏书家,目录学家,文献学家,他对目录学,特别是南京地方文献的收藏、编纂和研究,贡献很大。对这样一位著名藏书家、学者,对南京文化有很大贡献的文化名人,未见有较为全面的专文介绍。本文试对朱氏的家世、生平和著述作较全面介绍。Zhu Xuzeng was a famous book col]ector as well as category and document expert in Qin Dynasty in Nanjing. He did great contribution to the study and collection of Nanjing local documents. Since there has been few introductions about this famous cultural celebrity who made great contribution to Nanjing, so the essay tries to give a comprehensive introduction on Zhu Xuzeng＇s Family, Life and works.
