摘　　要：总结2型糖尿病(糖尿病肾病)慢性肾功能不全患者合并扩张性心肌病陈旧性心肌梗塞心律失常和癫痫脑梗塞的诊断治疗经验。1名53岁女性,血糖升高20年,双下肢水肿3个月,加重20d入肾病科。该患者对不同种类的胰岛素过敏。中西结合治疗2型糖尿病(糖尿病肾病)慢性肾功能不全患者合并扩张性心肌病陈旧性心肌梗塞心律失常和癫痫脑梗塞是安全有效的。Objective The purpose of this study was to summarize the diagnosis and therapeutic experience of type 2 diabetes （diabetic nephropathy） chronic renal insufficient patient with dilative cardiomyopathy romote myocardial infarction arrhythmia and epilepsy cerebral infarction. A 53 year old female complained of hyperglucosemia for 20 years, two legs edema for 3 months, became worse for 20 days and was brought in renal department. For her anaphylactia induced by various insulins, this analysis suggests that integration of Chinese and western medicine protocol was safe and effective for type 2 diabetes （ diabetic nephropathy） chronic renal insufficiency patient with dilative cardiomyopathy romote myocardial infarction arrhythmia and epilepsy cerebral infarction.
