女贞子油的提取及稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的建立从女贞子中提取脂肪油的方法,并预测该脂肪油的稳定性。方法分别运用传统法和超声技术提取女贞子油,并采用初均速法预测女贞子油的稳定性。结果超声技术提取的出油率为17.55%;其稳定性在293K时为t0.9=0.76年,t0.8=1.61年,t0.7=2.57年。结论用超声技术提取女贞子油,可以提高提取率;女贞子油具有较高的稳定性。Objective To extract the fatty oil from Ligustrum lucidum ait. and to assay its stability. Methods Oil was extracted by ultrasonic technology and traditional technology. The stability was assayed by first even - speed method. Results Extraction rate of oil extracted by ultrasonic technology was 17.55%, its stability： t0.9 =0.76 y ,t0.8 = 1.61 y ,t0.7 =2.57. Conclusion Ultrasonic technology can improve extraction rate of oil in Ligustrum lucidum air. , and the oil in Ligustrum Lucidum air is stable.
