内障丸对抗精子抗体阳性大鼠子宫一氧化氮合酶表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨内障丸对抗精子抗体阳性大鼠子宫一氧化氮合酶表达的影响。方法将Wistar雌性成年大鼠随机分为6组。中药低剂量组(内障丸)、中药高剂量组(内障丸)、中药对照组(六味地黄丸)、西药对照组(醋酸泼尼松片)、模型组、空白组。从第1次免疫后1周开始给药,连续3周。之后检测内障丸对妊娠第3天大鼠子宫一氧化氮合酶表达的影响。结果内障丸可明显提高大鼠交配后第3天子宫一氧化氮合酶表达,提高大鼠的窝产仔鼠数。结论内障丸能改善子宫内环境,有利于受精卵着床。Objective To investigate the expression of iNOS in uterus of antisperm antibody rats treated by NeiZhang pill. Methods Maturate femal wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups：NeiZhang pill low dose group ; NeiZhang pill high dose group; Liuweidihuang pill control group;Prednisone control group;model group;normal group. Therapy began after the first immune and the expression of iNOS was measured after 3 weeks＇therapy. Results NeiZhang pill could promote the expression of iNOS in uterus and enhance the fetiferous number. Conclusion NeiZhang pill can improve internal uterus environment,facilitate fertilization and implantation.
