摘 要:目的通过对不同精制方法的比较,筛选出益母草酸醇提取液的最佳精制方法。方法采用水沉、大孔树脂吸附和离子树脂交换等3种方法对益母草酸醇提取液进行精制,以所得物中益母草总生物碱的含量为指标,对3种方法进行比较研究。结果3种方法所得物中总生物碱含量以离子树脂交换法最高,大孔树脂吸附法次之,水沉法最低。结论可采用离子树脂交换法对益母草酸醇提取液进行纯化。Objective To sieve the best purification method of Herba Leonuri's acidic alcohol - extract by comparing the purification efficiency of different methods. Methods Herba Leonuri's acidic alcohol - extract was purified by water precipitation, macropumus resin -absorption and cation -exchange resin, total alkaloid in rarefied material was selected as markers. Results Total alkaloid content was varied from one method to another; the total alkaloid content that obtained by cation-exchange resin was higher than the others. Conclusion Cation-exchange resin is the best purification method of Herba Leonuri's acidic alcohol - extract.
