摘  要:目的优选枇杷叶中三萜酸类成分的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验方法,以齐墩果酸和熊果酸的总含量以及干浸膏得率为考察指标,优选枇杷叶中三萜酸类成分的最佳提取工艺。结果在影响提取效果的因素中,影响程度大小依次为乙醇浓度>提取时间>乙醇用量。结论最佳提取工艺为分别以6倍量和4倍量的80%乙醇提取两次,1.5h/次。Objective To optimize the extraction technology condition for triterpenic acids from Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl.. Methods The optimal extraction process was selected with orthogonal test. The total content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid and the extraction yield were used to evaluate the factor levels. Results The order of factors to affect the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid and extraction yield was alcohol concentration 〉 refluxed time 〉 solvent quantity. Conclusion The ideal process is to extract 2 times with 80% alcohol, the first with 6 times amount, the second with 4 times amount, 1.5 h each time.
