农村体育思想的变迁及其对我国新农村体育建设的启示

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法等,对我国农村体育思想的变迁进行梳理与分析,在此基础上提出新农村体育发展的策略。认为,农村体育思想的变迁给新农村体育建设的启示在于:新农村体育的发展在思想上应形成和谐体育的思想观;政策上应实行"两手抓,两手都要硬";策略上应鼓励和扶植农村建立民间体育组织,兴修体育场地设施;方法上应发挥民族体育多元化优势,丰富农村业余文化生活,引导农民形成健康、文明、科学的生活方式。The methods of literature, interview etc. were used to sort out and analyze the changes of rural sports thoughts of our country and on this basis, put forward the strategy for developing new rural sport. It believed that the enlightenment from the changes of rural sports thoughts to the construction of new rural sport lied in： the development of new rural sport ought to form the thinking outlook of harmonious sport in ideology; carry out ＂dual tactics and attaching equal importance to the both＂ in policy; encourage and help peasants to set up folk sports organizations as well as build sports arenas and facilities in strategies; and bring into play the pluralized advantage of national sport, richen amateur cultural life in rural area and guide peasants to form a healthy, civilized and scientific way of life in methods.
