摘  要:采用固相合成法制备了BaCe_(0.9)Y_(0.1)O_(3-α),BaCe_(0.85)Y_(0.15)O_(3-α)和BaCe_(0.9)Sm_(0.1)O_(3-α)质子导体.XRD结果表明,掺0.1Y的粉体形成了单一的钙钛矿型BaCeO_3结构,掺0.15Y和0.1Sm的粉体形成了主相为钙钛矿结构的固溶体;激光粒度分析表明,煅烧后的粉体平均粒径增大,粒度分布比较集中;DSC-TG分析表明,质子导体的合成温度约1360℃;SEM结果显示,质子导体由分布均匀的大小两种晶粒和气孔构成;BaCe_(0.9)Y_(0.1)O_(3-α)和BaCe_(0.9)Sm_(0.1)O_(3-α)脱氢电池对铝液的脱氢结果表明,脱氢电流随着铝液温度的升高,水蒸气分压增大或外加电压增加而分别增大;用自制的CaZr_(0.9)In_(0.1)O_(3-α)氢传感器测得铝液温度为780℃、水蒸气分压分别为4122.8和4366.0Pa时,100g铝液中的氢含量分别为0.0536和0.0445 mL.Proton conductors BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-α, BaCe0.85Y0.15O3-α and BaCe0.9Sm0.1O3-α were synthesized by solid state reaction, and XRD showed that the powders doped by 0.1Y consist of a single phase with perovskite structural BaCeO3, and those doped by 0.15Y and 0.1Sm, consist mainly of perovskite structural solid solution. Laser paticle size analysis indicated that the average particle size of powders increased and the particle size distribution was concentrated relatively after calcining. DSC- TG analysis indicated that the synthesizing temperature of the proton conductors is about 1360 ℃. SEM observation showed that in these proton conductors exist two kinds of evenly distributed grains and pores. The dehydrogenation result indicated that dehydrogenation current became larger when temperature of Al melt, partial pressure of water vapor or applied voltage increased. The hydrogen contents measured by hydrogen sensor CaZr0.9In0.1O3-α are 0.0536 and 0.0445 mlH2 in 100 g Al when the temperature of Al melt is 780 ℃ and the partial pressures of water vapor are 4122.8 Pa and 4366.0 Pa, respectively.
