摘　　要：基于地区电网的实际情况,根据现行《城市力电网规划设计导则》中的容载比计算公式,深入分析各个参数的构成及其意义,综述影响配电网建设规模的主要因素,提出了确定10kV配电网变电容载比的方法;结合110kV高压变电站的规划方法,给出了评估中压配电网建设规模的各个指标模型和综合评判方法。通过实际电网验证,该方法能有效的用于地区电网建设规模评估和指导电网规模的规划。Based on the actual conditions of the regional power grid, this paper analyzes the main factors that influence the construction scale of distribution networks; According to the calculating formula of capacity-load ratio in ＂ Planning and Designing Rule of Urban Power Network ＂, the composition and meaning of each parameter is deeply analyzed, considering the main factor that influences the construction scale of the distribution network, the improvement method of 10kV distribution networks capacity-load ratio is proposed; On the planning of 110kV high-pressure transformer substation, each major indicator model and the method of judging synthetically to the construction scale of distribution network are provided. Through actual distribution networks verification, this method can be effectively used in assessing the construction scale of the regional distribution networks and guiding the planning of the scale of distribution networks.
