摘　　要：目的:研究凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中的表达水平的变化。方法:选择健康成年Spra-gue-Dawley(SD)大鼠15只,随机分成正常对照组(CON)、糖尿病3个月组(DM3)及糖尿病6个月组(DM6)。腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发大鼠糖尿病。各组大鼠到期后,测定果糖胺含量。取视网膜组织使用免疫印迹(WesternBlotting)测定Survivin的表达含量,对结果进行分析。结果:DM组果糖胺含量明显增高。正常组未见Survivin表达,在DM3、DM6组均有表达,且随病程进展,其表达强度有增加的趋势,但两组间表达无显著性差异。结论:糖尿病视网膜组织中Survivin的表达上调,表达的水平并没有随着病程进展而提高。　Objective：To examine the expression of survivin in the retina of diabetic SD rats and to explore its effect to the apoptosis of retinal capillary cell.Methods：SD rats were randomly divided into DM3,DM6 groups and control group（CON）,diabetic animal models were induced by streptozocin（60mg/kg weight）.At 3d and 6th month,the expression of survivin was assayed by Western-blotting and the quantity of plasms fructosamine was detected,too.Results：The two DM groups showed higher quantity of plasms fructosamine than CON group（P〈0.01）,while,there was no significant difference between DM3 and DM6 groups,which was the same as the expression of survivin.Conclusions：The expression level of survivin is high in DM groups,but it does not increase with the development of DM.
