傣药“哥嘎”的显微鉴别

摘　　要：芸香科植物竹叶椒Zanthoylum armatum DC.的根、茎皮、叶和果实为我国傣族及多个少数民族使用的药材,傣药名"哥嘎"。本文报道了其茎皮、叶的显微鉴别特征,绘制了组织、粉末显微图。结果表明,该品茎皮、叶的横切面与粉末显微特征明显,可作为该药材开发推广应用的鉴别参考依据。The root, bark, leaf and fruit of Zanthoylum armaturn are used as traditional crude drugs by Dai and some other minority nationalities in China, and the Dai drug name is ＂Ge Ga＂. This paper reported microscopic, physical and chemical characters of the bark and leaf. The abbreviated and detailed diagrams of the transections of the bark and leaf, and the powder diagram of the bark were drawn in the study. The result showed that there were distinct microscopic characters of the transection and the powder, and these characters could be used as evidence for identification of the ethnomedicine in the exploitation and utilization.
