摘  要:目的为将低活性粉煤灰材料应用于公路建设中,缓解目前砂石料紧缺和解决由于粉煤灰大量堆放引起的环境污染等问题.方法针对沈海电厂排放的粉煤灰进行了系统的室内试验研究,分析该材料基本物理力学性质和化学成份、提高早期强度的方法、强度增长规律、混合料抗冲刷性能以及抗冻性能等路用性能.结果加入早强剂的低活性粉煤灰应用于二级及二级以下道路基层和底基层建设中,路用性能满足规范要求.结论只要科学地选用添加剂激发低活性粉煤灰的活性,合理地使用该种材料,将之应用于公路建设当中是可行的.For the purpose of applying low activity fly-ash materials to road construction, easing the current shortage of sand and gravel material and resolving pollution problems caused by piling up lots of fly-ash, experimental study on the road performance of low activity fly-ash emitting from Shenhai Power Plants was carried out. This paper presents the analyses of their physical and mechanical properties and chemical composition of materials, the methods to enhance early strength, the law of strength increasing, anti-erosion properties and anti-freeze mixture properties of road performance. It's found that modified low activity flyash can he applied to road base course and suhhase course, and the road performance properties can meet the requirements of specification. In conclusion, so long as mixing with early strength agents and using this kind of material properly, the application to the road construction will be feasible.
