摘　　要：经济法责任是经济法基础理论中的重要概念。目前学界一般意义上对法律责任的界定不能满足经济法责任界定的需要。我们从法律责任这一基本概念入手,结合经济法理论以及现实对经济法责任界定的需要,对经济法责任从其内容、特征、构成等各方面进行分析、探讨,力图把握经济法责任的实质。The responsibility of economic law is an important concept in basic theory of economic law. At present the academic world usually regards that definition of economic law＇s concept could not satisfy the need of responsibility of economic law. This article strives to see to essence of responsibility of economic law through analysing the content and characteristics and constitution of the responsibility of economic law.
