摘　　要：目的探讨体外培养大鼠骨髓基质干细胞的一些具体的方法、原则和技巧.方法通过具体的选材、取材、首次换液、换液、传代,获得大量的大鼠骨髓基质干细胞,从中探索培养的方法、原则和技巧.结果体外培养获得大量的大鼠骨髓基质干细胞.结论通过理论联系实际,遵循一定的方法、原则和技巧,在不同的环境可以快速准确的体外培养出大量的大鼠骨髓基质干细胞。Objective To investigate the methods, principles and techniques for the culture of bone marrow stromal cells （BMSCs） of rats in vitro. Methods Many BMSCs of rats from the culture in vitro were gained through sample selection, fluid change and passage to investigate and introduce some methods, principles and techniques for the culture of BMSCs in vitro. Results Many BMSCs of rats were gained from the culture in vitro. Conclusions Many BMSCs of rats could be quickly and exactly gained from culture in vitro in different surroundings by putting theory into practice and following specific methods, principles and techniques.
