摘　　要：目的探讨闭合带锁髓内钉结合小切口植骨治疗股骨干中段C型骨折的可行性及效果。方法采用闭合带锁髓内钉结合小切口一期同种异体骨植骨治疗15例股骨中段C型骨折患者,术后定期随访骨折愈合情况.结果所有患者获4～22个月(平均12个月)随访.本组15例均达到骨性愈合,平均愈合时间为7.4个月,参照Merchant评分标准,优12例,良3例,无骨延迟愈合及不愈合发生,下肢功能及关节活动良好,结论股骨干中段的C型骨折,采用小切口闭合带锁髓内钉结合一期植骨内固定治疗,近期效果满意。Objective To explore the feasibility and the effect of combining closed inter - locking intramedullary nailing with minimal invasion bone grafting to treat Type C femoral fractures. Methods 15 femoral shaft fractures were treated by combining closed interlocking intramedullary nailing with minimal invasion allogeneic bone grafting. Results The follow - ups averaged/2 months （ range from 4 to 22 months）. In all cases fracture healing were at 7.4 months averaged, in which 12 cases were excellent and other 3 had good results, as no delay union and joint functional defects. Gorlclusiorl In the study, treatments of type C femoral fractures combining closed inter- locking intramedullary nailing and allogeneic bone grafting may have good results in the near future.
